I came to Australia in 2015 on the 489 visa and my mother was my dependent parent. However, in December 2015, dependent parents were excluded (you cannot include parents in your application). I was about to file for 887 Visa but was worried about my mom’s case as it was extremely complicated. I contacted 4 different registered agents in Brisbane and they all said that in the 887 visa application, I cannot include my mother as a dependent parent. I was ready to pay $55000 for my mother to the Immigration department. Through friends, I was suggested C-Globe. Mr Navjot Singh Kailay was extremely proactive when I emailed him and we scheduled a 2-hour video call session. During this time, Mr Navjot asked me various questions regarding the case and checked all my documents . He finally gave a quote which was less than $1000. He applied for the 887 Visa for my wife, my mother and me in August 2018 and we got our PR in December 2018. I am grateful to C-Globe and Mr Navjot for helping me through those difficult times and ensuring that my mother is with her family in Australia.
